The house sits on a very large lot which has direct access to the main road so you can catch a bus into town. There are a lot of fruit trees on the property and shady areas. There is also a separate detached cabana that is for rent. The shared driveway can easily fit 4 cars. The house is two story with the downstairs being the open kitchen, dining and living areas plus a half-bath. Exposed beams, french doors, rustic details all give this home an ecclectic feel. The three bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bath. There is a small but cozy balcony upstairs, and downstairs a covered patio area for outdoor seating . The monthly rate includes water and basic internet. Electric consumption must be paid separately. Minimum 1 month stays only.
