I dare you not to live out on this 11th floor balcony ALL THE TIME!! The owners have put in so many extra touches in this unit that has a humongous balcony complete with built in bar and shelving. The owner has gorgeous little blue tiles all over the balcony to tie in with the implements for the bar. In addition, this owner has installed clear windows so you can be sitting down and still have full view of the ocean. In most other units in this building, you need to stand up in order to see the ocean. Swing on the hammock and gaze out to paradise as long as you want. When you decide to step into your oasis, you will have a beautiful dining room set for many people...not cheap plastic furniture as so many units have.
