The fully equipped kitchen includes a center island, stand-up bar, and generous walk-in pantry. Appliances include a GE Profile refrigerator, TEKA gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an array of small appliances—Keurig, InstaPot, Margaritaville blender, pasta maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, and more. A second fridge, full-size freezer, and two wine coolers are tucked into the pantry—ideal for entertaining. Step outside to a full BBQ zone featuring natural charcoal, propane, and a gas-fueled Ooni Koda pizza oven.

Just off the kitchen is a BBQ area. It has three different BBQs (Natural carbon, propane and OOni). Fire up the grill and enjoy your favorite barbecue dishes. Try out the natural lava stones for that extra sear. ​Beside the grill area you will find raised vegetable and herb beds ready for the picking.
