Around the corner from the kitchen is the laundry area with washer and dryer. There is a vistitor’s half bath in the main hallway for guests.
The master bedroom is off the living room and has ocean views. There is a large en-suite full bath with double sinks. The two other bedrooms each have their own bathrooms.
There is a parking spot available in the covered garage if needed. The building has a nice indoor seating area as well as 24/7 guards.
