This is a great rental for those of you who are only staying in Salinas for a month at a time. What a great way to explore Salinas while having a place to lay your hat. This apartment is located on the second floor (walk up) of a large residential building with other rental units. The best thing about this apartment is the large covered patio area where you will most likely be spending all of your time. Inside the unit there is a large living/dining area as well as nice open-concept kitchen with granite countertop breakfast bar and a good amount of cabinets for storage. There are 2 bedrooms and a large full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have air conditioning but the high ceilings throughout the apartment help keep it cool inside. This apartment is available only on a month-month basis. $500/per month includes water and internet. There is no on-site laundry available for this unit but are several laundromats within walking distance. $250 security deposit required. Parking available in the shared driveway.
