The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with patio views through the oversized window. The bedroom is equipped with a remote-control ceiling fan, smart TV with 1700+ local, cable and premium channels from Ecuador, USA and all over the world. The walk-in closet has plenty of storage space, and there is a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate room with the toilet and a soaking tub/shower combo. The glass-enclosed bathtub features a wooden tray where you can rest your glass of wine and book/tablet while you soak.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. It has with plenty of closet and storage space.

Both bedrooms have touch nightlamps with USB-A/C charging and workspaces for your laptop/tablet.

The dining room features a dining table for 6, a dimming chandelier, and a bar with all types of glasses and plenty of room for your favorite beverages. The sliding doors welcome you into the private patio where you can expand your dining experience outdoors while you enjoy the fresh air, blue skies and mountain views.

The kitchen has granite countertops, ambiance lighting, stainless steel fridge, gas stove with oven, microwave, large toaster oven, and every pot, pan, plate and utensil you will need during your stay. This room also includes a laundry closet where you’ll find the washer and dryer (instructions in the House Manual).

The guest bath has a full bath with walk-in shower.

The living room has seating for 9, with a wood-burning fireplace and fantastic views of the gardens and mountains. A 57” smart TV with 1700+ local, cable and premium channels from Ecuador, USA and all over the world. Help yourself to the Alexa and Bluetooth enabled portable speaker or any of the board/card games! One of the cabinets in this room houses a high-capacity electric power generator and rechargeable lights in case of blackouts.

The back patio is 1,000 sq ft. It is tiled and has views of the volcano to enjoy while enjoying the tranquility, fresh air, flowers and birds. At night, string lights hung on top of the main table provide a wonderful ambiance at your dinner parties. The large rectangular table seats 12 guests, and the circular one 4 more. It has a gas BBQ grill and plenty of countertop space for prepping will make your outdoor dining super easy.

The property has one (1) assigned parking spot for this house, and several for visitors. A fully electric scooter for 2 is available during your stay for an additional $100/month.

Pets are permitted with prior approval. Size and breed restrictions may apply to comply with HOA regulations, please inquire with us before booking. There is a non-refundable $150 pet fee.

HOUSE CLEANING: We require the house to be cleaned at least once every 2 weeks, scheduled at your convenience. Our cleaner typically charges $25 for 5 hours and you can pay her directly. We do this to ensure the appropriate maintenance of our property, furnishings, etc. by someone we trust and knows the house and what needs to be done.
