This unit is located at the top of this Chipipe Beach condo building! The balcony is amazing! There are two social areas…big enough for two sectional couches and a full size dining room set! The balcony is surrounded by glass railings that allow for magnificent views, even when you are seated! This unit takes up the entire floor. Every one of the four bedrooms has a private bathroom and the beds are mahogany. Each bedroom is large enough to be the master bedroom. Holy cow…wait until you see the master bedroom bathroom! It is right out of Better Homes and Gardens…complete with huge private shower, giant jacuzzi corner tub, private urinal plus toilet, make up countertop and storage galore! That is nothing though, compared to the kitchen! I don't cook…as everyone knows but I would start if I lived here! This kitchen is huge and has so much counter space and cabinets. The cabinets are cedar. The granite countertop absolutely sparkles…as do the floors throughout! The floors are imported Italian Stone which cost $6.50 a piece. The kitchen granite is Italian and $2,500 a sheet. The appliances are Kitchenaid…top of the line! The kitchen has two refrigerators, dishwasher and full size grill plus oven! There is also a full size pantry…practically unheard of here. This unit comes with its own parking space. I dare you to find a better view in all of Salinas for New Year's! This unit comes completely furnished…including the super comfortable living room recliners and gigantic television!
This unit is just short of 3,000 square feet. There is an electronic water softener that is a horse and a half…great pressure. There are LED lights EVERYWHERE! The blinds are custom Hunter Douglas blackout. The wiring though out is top of the line also. The water piping has been guaranteed for 50 years…thermofusion. The unit comes with parking and a storage closet.
