This is one of the newer buildings in a more private area of Salinas located about half a block off the beach. This beach here extends about 1.5 kilometers and is not really a beach to lay down your towel rather walk and explore. The waves are not as rough as in other areas and swimming is allowed. Not many visitors come to this beach as it is off the beaten path. Quiet and removed, but not too far away from the Mall and the main road into Salinas center. The condo is about 1200 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms off to one side. The other side is all open concept: Living/Dining space are in the front of the condo where large picture windows look out onto the Salinas neighborhood along with sliding glass doors. The kitchen is off to the side and has nice counterspace and some lower cabinets for storage. Off the kitchen is a separate laundry area, and a visitor's bathroom. This building was completed in 2015. There is a covered garage area with assigned parking. There is an elevator in addition to the stairwell. The social area is small but so is the building. A nice sized pool with waterfall feature and seating area. A small bar area and bathrooms are next to the pool. The condo is being sold completely unfurnished with no appliances.
