Santa Elena - Live Like the Locals

Santa Elena is not only the name of one of Ecuador's 24 provinces, it is also the name of the city which is the capital of that same province. Although the neighboring town of Salinas has always been known for its ability to attract tourists, not much attention has been ever given to the city of Santa Elena. The city itself has around 60,000 inhabitants and offers pretty much all of the amenities (fiber optic internet, electric, water, etc) except we do not see many expats here at all. So, local living is what you will find when you live in this house. Located on a typical, nice paved street this single-story home is about 1500 square feet. There are 3 bedrooms, each with own full bathroom. The spacious living/dining room opens into the large kitchen which has a breakfast bar; there is also a half bath off to the other side. There is a garage for 2 cars, and out back there is a patio with outdoor shower, and a bbq grill area. Being sold un-furnished.
