The visitor’s full bath is off the kitchen and has a stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom is a nice size and has ample closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The building has 24/7 security, an elevator, as well as a pool and jacuzzy. Located in the San Lorenzo area of Salinas, where plenty of eateries can be found and the beach is only 2 blocks away. The start of the Malecón is right here and transportation is plentiful if you don’t feel like walking.
Rates are short-term (monthly basis) only. No smoking, no pets. Maximum 2 adults.
*Monthly rate during high season $750 (includes hoa, water, internet, cable tv, and $50 electric credit)
*Monthly rate during low season $600 (includes hoa, water, internet, cable tv, and $50 electric credit)
All stays require a security deposit as well as a $20 cleaning fee.
